Introduction to culture;

Before going into the detailed discussion let’s have a brief look at what is culture? The culture of a nation is the reflection of people’s ideas, habits, moral values, religious statuses, behavior, customs, social ways of interaction, and collectively we say that it’s the art and other manifestations of human intellectual achievement.

By reference of Cristina De Rossi, who is an anthropologist at Barnet and Southgate College in London, told

“Culture encompasses religion, food, what we wear, how we wear it, our language, marriage, music, what we believe is right or wrong, how we sit at the table, how we greet visitors, how we behave with loved ones, and a million other things,”

The culture of a nation helps the nation’s people to be recognizable on the world level and not only this but it also plays a key role in the development of the nation here discussing the ART and culture of UAE; Its background history its present conditions and the future perspective.

Past Traditional Culture;

Discussing the history, In the early 1960s when the establishment of the oil refinery was not even in the initial stages the traditional culture of the UAE was impacted by the environmental conditions like it is found that the people of UAE had faced the hard like the burley of the deserts and the high waves of the sea always created an obstacle for the people so over time they started creating the 2 main orientation that brought the traditional culture into existence;

Later on, there were aided by the old –aged social values according to which some obligations were set and each family has to follow these obligations and combination of families that were acting upon such principle new system was found called tribe in which a large number of people started sharing their all cultural features to one other.

The hospitality of the tribe was famous and now this hospitality is still in the blood of UAE people.

an indigenous Arab Emirati culture, and a wide range of cultures of the expatriate communities, which vary in their size, influence, visibility, and relation to Emirati culture.

Past Local Versus Expatriate Culture

When the Emariti culture was at its top the world getting started the gradually increment into the need of strong relation many people got impressed by the emariti culture and they get involved with the girl dwelling, behaving, thinking, discussing all of the things were started being common with the emariti culture and Soon after the expatriate culture got popularity.

Past Food;

The food is the main item that represents the health and other consideration of the people; as the Emariti culture came into existence firstly, the emarity food was the highly appreciable food for the people dwelling in the UAE, before 1960 the emarity food mainly consists of fish, rice, bread, dates, yogurt, vegetables, and meat (from sheep, goats, or camels).

Steadily and gradually the modern restaurants begin to get started and the multiple items started to be served in the lunch, a typical lunch tries to have at 2 with the family and the contains For Emiratis, lunch is the traditional main meal and is usually taken at home with family, around two o’clock.

Past Dressing;

The dress shows the identity of any nation, UAE dressed has a great impact on the Islamic culture. the style of dressing is a long black dress (abaya) and a black headscarf-shawl for women. their head and hairs are almost cover showing the dignity provided them by Islam. if interested many of the women use to wear hijab or niqab (it’s the act of hiding the face either completely or just leaving the eyes section nacked from unknown persons)

Men love to wear colorful Honduras colors can include black, blue, or gold color, furthermore a red or black-striped variety of the ghutra.
